In this tutorial, learn how to let your eyes do all of the talking with an easy graphic eyeliner with a pop of color.

1. Using a navy-blue pencil eyeliner, draw a line along the lash line and smudge it out with an eyebrow brush such as our Precision Dual Sided Eyebrow Brush to achieve a slight winged-out smokey effect

2. Layer a deep shimmery blue eyeshadow [Earth & Ocean eyeshadow palette or the Carnival Candy Bite-Size mini eyeshadow palette) directly over the pencil liner to intensify the color.

3. Apply the same shimmery blue eyeshadow to the bottom lash line and slightly extend the line outwards for a double winged look.

4. Apply your favorite e.l.f.ing lengthening and volumizing mascara to define your lashes and complete the look.
