Rated 2 out of 5 by from Cant seem to grab enough color. Color fades and doesn't look pleasant.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from the texture is totally off. I bought this palette 2 months ago and I have used it (or tried to) twice. Both times were a mess and both times i ended up starting over with a different palette. It melted on itself and was hard to apply or blend. I saw little to no color payoff with that lime color and the light pink color became a sheer cream. I love e.l.f. but this shadow was a major fail.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from This came in with a order of $25+, and I'm actually glad I didn't waste money on it. All of the shadows, except for the purple and gold one, are not pigmented at ALL. They are cremes, but they are somewhat squishy in the pan. The mirror is nice, though.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Got so many compliments! Wore this for the first time and got numerous compliments on my eye makeup! Pro-tip: use your finger for this eyeshadow. The texture is putty-like and doesn't pick up well on a brush. When used with a finger though, the color payoff is amazing!

Rated 2 out of 5 by from They have better eyeshadows The three dark colors are the only ones that show up when you swatch them but when you put them on your eyes only the gold one stays. The maroon color blended away. The texture is weird and nearly impossible to pick up with a brush. But when you use your fingers, the pigmentation isn't there. I tried all the shadows and they're now basically their weird mush texture in the pan. I gave it a far because if you put use it as a base/primer for another shadow that works because of the texture but as someone who was very excited to receive this, I was very disappointed.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Overpriced, only half works I got this free with a $25 purchase and the mirror is very nice, I like the last 3 colors on the palette (gold, brown, and dark red). The others didn't seem to have much pigment unless you use a lot of that color. I agree with other reviews saying the product is somewhat squishy in the pan, I don't know why, but it definitely moves around a lot when you try to use it. Not worth the money, in my opinion, since it's sort of an expensive product for elf.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Overpriced but decent quality I have been eyeing this palette for a while so when I received it as a free gift I was ecstatic. The colours are nothing like the picture - the baby pink is more peach, the gold is more bright yellow, the white and beige colour are far darker in person than the picture. I'm glad I did not spend money on this, 12 dollars is far too much. However, the texture of the eyeshadows is extremely fun to touch and blending is not too much trouble. I love the sleek packaging and I also love that even in the smallest palettes elf includes mirrors

Rated 2 out of 5 by from eh i got this palette (and an eyeshadow brush) as a free gift for buying 25$ worth of makeup. the texture is a bit weird and it’s kind of squishy. some colors are squishier than others. as a beginner, i found it somewhat difficult to apply and blend. however, the colors are very pretty

Is the texture like the colourpop super shock shadows or is it just a creamy type thing?

Asked by: Joid23
While they are similar to the super shock shadows, I would put their consistency more like the Stila Heavens Hue highlighter.  Using a dense, stipple brush (like the one they suggest using) or your fingers would be the preferred application. I wouldn't use these as a base (like the elf description suggests) without setting it with a similar colored shadow. Personally, I feel these are designed to work better on the lid, after using a neutral powder shadow as a transition shade. You can get good results by using the brush (either theirs or one you already have, as long as its dense and preferably stippled, Luxie makes a good one) picking up some product, placing it on the lid and use a tapping motion all over the lid. If tou desire stronger color payoff, wet your brush with setting spray. I would also use Elfs lid lock or a glitter glue to keep the colors vibrant. I wouldn't use these as crease colors, I don't think this palette is a "one and done", I think you need some neutral mattes to build your eye look.

Are these waterproof?

Asked by: DemiG
No, I do not believe they are waterproof. It doesn't say anywhere that they are. They are mostly just for everyday/simple looks. Not to much for water ;)

is this just a sprayover ir is it all the way through?

Asked by: Sedonut
Its not a sprayover... i feel its kindof like the heavens hue highlighter from stila! Laura lee on youtube has a reveiw and she shows the putty-ness of the heavens hue highlight.

When will these be available in Aus?

Are these eyeshadows like a cream product or pressed glitter or cushion? I'm confused as to what the product is...

When is this product coming to southwest Missouri? I've been wanting to try this for awhile now!

Asked by: Maddie911

Just wanted to ask to be sure... that this is the same product as the e.l.f. Aqua Beauty Cushion Eyeshadow Palettes, right? Is it just the name has been changed?
