Rated 1 out of 5 by EmmaQ from Bad Experience, terrible acne from this product tried this out a few days ago in place of my usual primer to minimize the redness on my forehead and cheeks (not acne, just pink/redness) and it was OK, did help a little but i really didn't like the texture and decided not to continue with it after 2 uses. (the rest of my makeup routine has been the exact same for months) Well its now 3 days later and I need to go to my doctor for the acne that has consumed my whole face. Red, swollen, bleeding and sore... I've never had severe acne in my life but everywhere i used a dot of this primer (cheeks, forehead and the bridge of my nose) is beet red and hurts like heck! Would not recommend to anyone with even somewhat sensitive skin. Really disappointed, since I've been so happy with most of ELFs products.

Rated 5 out of 5 by cwoodyernnn from Skin Was a Perfect Canvas are use this to fill in my pores, reduce my skins overall redness as well as blur/cover acne scarring. It works amazingly, and in my opinion is a substitute for the clean slate timeless smoothing primer by tarte which is $40. Similar to this elf primer is the urban decay complexion primer. That being said, the elf one is the best of the three by far !!!

Rated 5 out of 5 by Hashtag She Said from Truly Deserves Full 5 Stars I have been using ELF primers, and this green one specifically, from the moment it was released and it has worked perfectly! I have sensitive skin, redness, combo dry/oily skin, AND I don't really like wearing a lot of makeup...so this primer really met a lot of needs for me. It is light weight on the skin, definitely provides a smoothness to the touch and visually. I also feels that it improves the look of the skin, giving my skin a more youthful, fresh appearance. As others have mentioned, if you are looking to lessen skin discoloration, like redness, you need to use this along side a color corrector. BUT IT DOES WORK. In response to the size comments, the "small" is more than enough to last you...this is a PRIMER, you are only meant to use a small amount the prime the face for your foundation and other make up. I never go a day without my ELF Primer.

Rated 5 out of 5 by jamine_maie from New favorite I am super happy with this product. It cancels most of my redness and does what a green primer should do.

Rated 3 out of 5 by vonnde from Does What a Green Primer Should I see a lot of feedback in the comments re: the product disappearing once on the skin, and the bottle being deceptively large. Green primer is meant to cancel out redness, and potentially be worn on its own - it’s not supposed to be green on the skin, so that you could wear it without putting makeup on top. If you want something with more pigment, buy a colour correcting concealer. As for the size of the bottle, yes it is a waste of plastic and an overuse of packaging, but the box the product comes in and the description online state that you’re not even getting a half oz - a mere 14ml. There’s no way 14ml fills up a bottle that size, so don’t be suprised when it runs out quickly.

Rated 1 out of 5 by Anastacea from The worst primer I have ever used for redness I would rate this with 0 stars if I could because that is the amount of effort it used to cover up any redness. Save your money for a product that works and not one that masquerades around as one.

Rated 1 out of 5 by Ange1218 from Huge Bottle Compared to Product Qty The size of the bottle is deceptive. The amount of product is about 10% of what it appears to be. On top of that, it's watered down. Smashbox may seem more expensive, but all things considered, it is the better value.

As previously asked how much comes in this container? Thank you... very strange there’s no actual ounces on the packaging at all... I can’t even tell how big the bottle actually is online like come on ELF!? Where’s the answers?
14mL or .47 oz

How many ounces or milligrams does it say come in this bottle? It doesn't say anywhere on the page that I saw. I just want to make sure that I'm going to be scammed out of my money. (:
