Rated 1 out of 5 by from Y'all So I don't do makeup very often , but I wanted to use this on my hands for a cosplay. This eyeliner is such a cursed item. When you try to wipe it off, it leaves a bright blue stain. Makeup wipes will not take this stuff off. Soap and water will not take this stuff off. Alcohol will, but it'll take a while if you're like me and put it all over your hands without testing it out first.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Worst eyeliner EVER I'd rate this zero stars if I could. I wouldn't even recommend this product to my worst enemy. After I put the product on, it ran into my eyes. It was horrible! I was finally able to clean it up after 10 minutes but after washing it off my eyes had these horrible blue stains where the product was! Absolutely awful!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Better liner I have used this liquid liner for years. Really like the new improvement. It is much easier to apply and control.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Easy to use No complaints. It's dark, it's matte, it's everything I want in a liquid eyeliner. The brush is a perfect length, strong but soft enough to bend to the eyelid as needed. Coats nicely.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from So smooth!!! But don’t saturate the applicator This is my go to eyeliner! The cat eyes I create are absolutely fierce! I’ve used eyeliners spending 10x more and they’ve never given me the results this bottle has. The price point is ON POINT and I can’t say enough!!!! I buy this eyeliner 3 at a time...Running out is NOT AN OPTION!!!

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Blue/green stains I bought this for years never a issue until recently. I figured possibly it was one I purchased at walmart. Nope 3 purchases later still terrible. And the eyelash curler now has 1 rubber instead of 3. I didn't want to give up one this brand but I might after this.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Smoooooth! I love this eyeliner! I had bought both the jet black and brown. It goes on smooth and easy. I've worn it to the beach for at least 6 hours and it didn't come off one bit after walking around the area and along the shore. I have only one complaint but I'm not sure if that's my own issue with my skin. It's hard to remove right above my eyelashes but the wing of the eyeliner comes of easy. I've tried three different make-up removers and plain soap and water and it hardly comes off. It stays on somewhat broken looking. That's great for long wear but not great when I want it off.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Great liquid eyeliner for beginners! I bought this a year and a half ago when I was first getting into makeup and I still use it. I got it in midnight blue and yes, it stains your eyelids green/blue for a little white after you take it off but it usually goes away after a while. It’s pretty precise and easy to use, and it comes off pretty easily with some water so if you’re a beginner and you’re scared of messing up you should get this eyeliner. It’s also really really good for the price.

why did the midnight color stain my skin green? like i dont know if it is safe to use or not!

Asked by: concsernedbutcantspell23
We apologize for this issue. Please note that this is a highly pigmented product and we suggest removing with baby oil or coconut oil and then following up with a makeup remover wipe. For further assistance please feel free to contact or 212 239-1530.

Are these eyeliners waterproof? Do they permit water to reach the skin underneath?

They aren't waterproof.

Hello!! Is this liquid eye liner vegan?! How do i know which items in your line are! You should have a vegan symbol next to the ones that are it would be so helpful to consumers like myself! I would be totally into ordering my makeup online if i knew!

Asked by: bethbadd
All e.l.f. cosmetics and brushes are vegan that's why there isn't a vegan symbol by EVERY product.

I am wondering why the Stardust eyeliner is no longer sold anywhere in Bloomington, IN. All the sororities LOVE it! Just as it was discovered here it disappeared. We strongly suggest selling it here as it was a HUGE hit! Thank you!

Can I order an item that is out of stock?

Asked by: cecygirl
Nope. You just have to keep an eye on the site for when it comes back in stock, unfortunately. I've run into this a few times.

Which color is a true black color? The jet black or the charcoal?

Asked by: Emma7403
Jet Black is the blackest black you can get. Charcoal is like a greyish black.
