Rated 5 out of 5 by from my favorite brush for years!!!!! This brush is a must for control. I mostly use it for blush application. I am very fair, so blush application can quickly get out of hand. One doesn't want to look like a clown!!!!

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Not What I expected I love the other elf stippling ! So, based on that I purchased this one to use with cream highlighter. Unfortunately, this is nothing like the larger one. It's very stiff and doesn't distribute product evenly. I now use it to blend eyeshadow if I'm too heavy handed, not on the lid, but in the crease, too stiff for the lid. So it serves a purpose, but doesn't work for the reason purchasedf.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from It's a good brush, But just not my style for foundation, Doesn't blend very well in my opinion

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Great little brush, just wish it was a touch small I am gradually acquiring all of this line of brushes, it would appear! I bought this one and the larger similar stipple brush at the same time. I was planning to use this for concealer, but it's a little bulky for that. Not unusable, but it gets awkward under the eye, particularly in the inner corner. I do appreciate that the bristles are at two lengths, which seems to even out brush strokes a bit better. You have the wispy longer hairs and the shorter, more dense hairs. It's a neat design and I think it is effective. I've used the brush now several times, and it works best for general contour as well as cream blush blending. Not my favorite, but I do end up reaching for it fairly often.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Must have brush!! The brush is good quality. It is fantastic for quickly blending out cream contour. This is the only brush I use to contour since I purchased it.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Loose Bristles I bought this brush about a week ago, getting tired of my current makeup routine and wanted to try out new tools. I love elf pretty much my whole makeup collection is from elf but as soon as I got this brush out of the packaging the bristles fell out. Hoping I just got a bad one and am going to try getting a new brush. I was really disappointed but I love elf so praying that was just a rare bad brush.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from doesnt live up to the hype Recieved this item damaged, had to glue to top back on. After one wash paint started chipping.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from First one good; Second one broke! :( I bought one of these a handful of years ago, and it has been one of my favorite brushes of my entire collection, even compared with some high-end ones. I use it for everything from foundation to blush. That said, at one point, the handle separated from the metal part at the top, so I super-glued it, and it has stayed ever since. The brush loses hairs here and there, but so do some of my Bobbi Brown and Japonesque, so I'm not going to cry about it at such a low price point. I recently purchased another one because I wanted two of them. The new one had a longer handle, but the brush head was otherwise the same. However, I was washing it one night (I use gentle products meant for cleaning brushes), and the entire bristle portion came out from the top! It was unsalvageable, so I had to throw it away. :'( I still use my old one, but I'm a bit scared to purchase another one for fear of it going out on me again!

I got this brush as a free product & I can't figure out what I would use it for. Any suggestions or ideas would be appreciated. Thanks!

Asked by: Zamfir56
We suggest that the stipple brush be used for any face product such as foundation, bronzer, powder, etc. Dab in a stippling motion onto the skin and blend.

Is it good for highlighting and is it dense or fluffy?

Asked by: Angela1989
It's also a bit rough but it's dense. Wouldn't recommend for highlighting. But would recommend the small tapered brush by elf. Works way better for highlighting!

I bought this brush from.walmart and as soon as i got it. It broke. And i havent uded it once

Asked by: Xhkax
If you are willing to, you might want to try buying it again because i've had this brush for a couple of years now and it has stayed together perfectly! So if you want to give it a second chance, I absolutely recommend it!
