Rated 5 out of 5 by from LIP EXFOLIATOR I love this lip treatment. The best ever, Brown Sugar, but I have used a few of the others as well. Sorry the E.L.F store in the mall closed and everything must be ordered by mail. Their prices are so reasonable, sometimes it is difficult to make the free shipping $25.00 mark

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Mint was weird. I bought the mint flavor at my local store and it smelled and tasted like crayons. However it does work pretty well.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Does the job Normally I make my own lip scrub out of sugar and coconut oil, however that can get a bit messy. When I want a quick fix or something small for my makeup bag, this is perfect.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from A Must Try ok this is surprisingly good. i have never used a lip exfoliator before but this one works wonders. it takes off all the dead and dry skin leaving your lips soft and healthy. the stick works best if wet or if you warm it up on the back of your hand before applying to your wet lips. i find it works best if you use a lip balm after using this product. very affordable but is a miracle worker

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Works quite well I'm very happy to have found this product. I use a CPAP machine nightly plus I'm a mouth breather. Before I started using this product I'd wake up with very dry lips. As I've gotten older, I'm 57, I noticed changes in tone and texture to the skin on and around my lips. Since using the exfoliator, that's all changed. My lipstick goes on smoother and my lips look healthier. Thanks ELF.

is this stuff edible?

Asked by: hailey7754754754i
anything that goes on your lips can be eaten this is not saying it should but it can be, if this is not the case then it definitely shouldn't be going on your face.

I just picked up a new tube of the mint lip exfoliator from my local Target. The product is very sticky and cannot be applied. Does this mean that the product has expired? I've used the brown sugar scrub and it was easy to apply.

Asked by: Meguin
We apologize for the issue. This does not mean that the product has expired, however if you are unhappy with it, please return it to the retail store where purchased, and if there is an issue, please contact us at, we will be happy to further assist you.

Are all the flavors equally effective in exfoliating the lips, or are some more effective than others?

Asked by: Anonymous247
The Brown Sugar one is a little rougher than the others. With the rest of them the only difference is scent and flavour.

Is there a difference between the 3 different exfoliators?

Asked by: geronimo
Though there are more than 3, they all have a difference. Each is meant to smell like their name plus some even taste like it. Ex: Mint Maniac smells and kinda tastes like mint. As far as I've seen, they don't have a tint and some are better at keeping moisture than others.

Do any of the different flavors leave any sort of tint, or no? Worried about finding a flavor I like that won't tint a color I can't wear well

Asked by: Sunshine20
They don't leave any tint.
