Rated 4 out of 5 by from Blinding The pearl glow shade lives up to its name completely! Super white shine, almost unexpected after seeing it in the package (it looked like a pale yellow or light gold).

Rated 5 out of 5 by from My new favorite highlighter I don't know why this Highlighter has so many bad reviews! I actually love this a bit more than the other elf highlighters. You would think that because its only $2 the pigmentation and product itself would be way cheaper quality than the ones for $6+. But I honestly like these better! I bought Glow and White Pearl. And white pearl is perfect for the day time! gives your face a very natural look.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from WOW I ordered this a few weeks ago and thought it would be too yellow so I put it away and yesterday when I was decluttering I thought I would try and and it matched perfectly! Not only that but this might be my new favorite. It is a blinding highlight which I love!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from White Pearl is where it's at White Pearl is actually amazing! I can't believe it's only $2. I think it's the perfect daytime highlight, it's strong but it's not overly blinding at the same time if that makes sense. Just a very nice shimmery sheen.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from It's a subtle highlighter I bought this in Shy and it looks like a blush when you open the lid but when I went to use my powder brush, I could see small specks of shimmer on my cheeks. I think it's the perfect amount because I don't need to have shine all the time. Subtle highlights are not a bad thing when it's everyday wear. I have a couple of other e.l.f. highlighters that have brighter payoff that give me the look I need if I'm going out. For the price it is its suitable.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Horrible highlight This is just a really bad highlighter. It clings to all the texture in my skin, not cute, and you really gotta wet your brush to make anything happen. It's 2 dollars what do you expect, so just spend the extra 5 and get something half decent.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Basically A Pressed Powder w/Tiny Flecks Shimmer I thought maybe this would be like a shimmery or sheeny eyeshadow but their is like barely any sparkle or color payoff at all. I got the middle color of the 3 and theirs micro flecks of glitter and barely shows up. tried as a blush but you can barely see it. Skip this and stick to theyre $6 highlighter or baked ones.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Horrible Highlighter! When I went to my box to open the highlighter, I could see that some of the highlighter was out and on the sides of the case. When I opened the highlighter, it went everywhere and was all over everything. Imagine opening a setting power and it going everywhere but instead it’s a highlighter. Basically, I am not impressed with this highlighter and if I were you, don’t spend your money on this.

Is this the same as the baked highligter? Is it better or worse?

Asked by: katie089
The baked highlighter is way more pigmented. This highlighter is just specks of glitter, it's not a flawless highlight. Stick with the baked highlight.

how does this differ from the shimmer highlighting powder formula?

Asked by: flowerrs
I swatched both of these in my e.l.f. retail store, and this highlighter is significantly less blinding than the shimmer highlighting powders or baked highlighter. This could almost be used as an illuminating setting powder because it's not blinding at all. It seemed like just a pressed powder with a bit of shimmer. I don't even think people who like a subtle highlight would like this, and no you can't build it up to be glistening at all. To all those who love a blinding highlight like from the baked highlighter or shimmer highlighting powders, this is absolutely not for you,

Is this blinding? If not, any recommendations (cheap)?
