Rated 1 out of 5 by from Barely picks up product Tried to use it to highlight but it didn’t pick up any product AT ALL, not even the slightest bit which was really weird. Almost threw it out but I found that it does work to powder my face so now I use it to set my face on minimal makeup days because again it doesn’t pick up a lot of my setting powder but enough that it can still be used. I don’t recommend buying it, the cheap price point does not justify this brush, buy a different brush.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great brush After receiving my order this brush has been beautiful to work with. I’m still learning about make up and this brush makes it so easy to apply blush, bronzer and get great results

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Just and "Okay" brush! I wasn't wowed by it! It does the job but I can see myself purchasing something different in the future.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from PERFECT!!!! This is an EXCELLENT blush brush! It works so well with highly pigmented brushes. I can easily build up the color on my cheek without looking like a clown. I also have an extra one I use to set my under eye. I love how it's small enough to fit in my bag and take on the go. I hope Elf never discontinues it because this is my favorite brush.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Good for blush I bought this for highlighter, but found it to be too big. It wouldn’t place the highlighter where I wanted it. However, this brush works great for blush and even bronzer, and it has become my favorite blush brush. It could be good for highlighting bigger areas of the face, such as the forehead. An elf brush that I would recommend for a more defined highlight is their Flawless Concealer brush.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Disappointed I bought this for myself. I was so disappointed. It did not pick up the product. I was so mad even changed highlighter products and still.

I try to use the highlighting brush for a colourpop highlighter and it doesn't pick up much of the pigment and don't know if its a problem with the brush or the pigment itself?

Asked by: leslie71
Colourpop highlighters are best applied with the Small Stipple Brush. They are a cream formula and most brushes like this don't work too well with them. If using this brush, you may have better luck applying the highlight with your finger, then blending out with this brush...or just get the AMAZING small stipple brush!

Does this work with cream highlighters?

Asked by: ksingh
No... Ive found the elf small stipple brush is a godsend for cream or liquid highlight... This performs well on any powder but not cream

How does this compare to the Real Techniques contour brush from the core collection? Is the elf less dense/fluffier and bigger?

Asked by: wickeddingus
its flimsier, and the shape is different. This is pointier, and the bristles in the middle are longer
