How to apply Fine as Fleck Glitter Eyeshadow:

1. Prep your eyelids with Lock It Down Eyeshadow Primer for a smooth, long-wear application.
2. Using a clean finger, apply over eyeshadow to add highlight and dimension, or press onto bare lids for a subtle wash of sparkle.
3. Can also be applied using our Wide Tapered Eyeshadow Brush for a very subtle, sheer look.
