  • Ordering

    We currently accept the following methods of payment:

    Credit Card – we currently accept all Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover credit cards from the UK. We do not accept pre-paid credit cards.

    Debit Cards – All debit cards with a Visa or MasterCard logo may be used from the UK.

    PayPal - please click on the icon at the checkout page and follow the instructions.

    At this time elfcosmetics.co.uk does not accept money orders, checks, or cash on delivery (COD).

    We apologize, we do not have expedited shipping methods available.

    Due to heavy site traffic sometimes there may be connectivity issues. If you receive an error message in the checkout process, please log into your account and see if the order went through. Please note that it takes one hour for your order to appear in your account.

    We apologize for the technical difficulties you have encountered attempting to place your order with e.l.f Cosmetics. Please log on to your account after one hour and see if your order is there. If you continue to experience technical issues, please contact us.

    Please sign in to your account to see whether your order has been shipped, and to view your tracking number after your order is shipped. You will also receive a confirmation e-mail with a tracking number when your order has shipped.

    The coupon will be applied if:

    a. coupon is still valid

    b. if the order meets the coupon criteria (e.g. Free shipping if the order is X amount).

    Coupon codes may not be used to purchase gift cards and certain exclusions apply.

    If you feel that your order qualifies for a coupon, and it is not applying, please contact customer service for assistance.

    Please contact customer service, or click on our live chat option when available. As long as your coupon is applicable, we can apply it to your order. If your coupon is for a free product and your order has already printed for shipment, unfortunately, we will not be able to include it with your order. Please note that generally only one coupon code may be applied per order. Coupon codes may not be used to purchase gift cards, and are not be applicable on new, sale or limited edition products.

    Standard shipped orders within the United Kingdom will be shipped within 3-5 business days of receipt. Please allow an additional 3-5 business days for your order to arrive.
    You will receive an e-mail with tracking information when your order is shipped, with an expected delivery date. Please ensure that your delivery address in correct before paying for your order. We are unable to take responsibility for the delay or loss of a parcel where incorrect or incomplete delivery details have been provided.

    Please use the e-mail signup form on the bottom of any page on the site. You will then receive all current information about our new products, and any current promotions!

    Please click on the details button on our home page or in our promotion bar in our site header for information on the current promotional codes and whether they can be combined.

    To check out using PayPal, put all your items in your shopping bag. Near the bottom of the Shopping Bag page, you will see a "Check out with PayPal" button to complete check out through PayPal. Alternatively, you can select PayPal as your payment method within the Billing step of checkout. Follow the directions when you are redirected to the PayPal site.

    If you are unable to complete your order due to an error message saying that your address is invalid, please try to abbreviate your address, or place a portion of your address in the field next to your last name. There is a maximum of 29 characters allowable in the "address" and "suite or apartment number" fields. You may place some information next to your last name. Also please check that your zip code and your complete address is correct. If you are still having difficulties, please contact us at help@elfcosmetics.co.uk for further assistance.

  • Shipping and Returns

    Yes, you can track your order by signing into your account, or directly on the sign in page (if you don't have an account).

    We value you as a customer and your satisfaction is very important to us. You will need to take delivery of the order before you can cancel it.

    Please note: your right of cancellation will not apply to products which are not sealed and which will not be suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons, if they become unsealed after delivery.

    Additionally, you will be responsible for the cost of returning the product to us unless the product is not as described, fit for purpose or not of satisfactory quality as required by consumer legislation.

    We apologize, once an order has been placed we are not able to cancel or adjust it. Please be sure to check your order before it is placed to make sure it is completely accurate. 

    We apologize for the large number of out of stock items on our site. We are very excited that we are currently transitioning to our brand new warehouse.  During this moving process, a number of our products have gone out of stock temporarily. Please sign up on the product page for an automatic e-mail and you will receive notification when the product returns to stock.  We appreciate your patience and loyalty.

    Please contact us by clicking here or click on our live chat button when available for further assistance. Missing items that are in stock will be reshipped if a refund has not been issued. Backordered and or damaged products will be fully refunded. Please be sure to contact us within 90 days, or we will not be able to honor your request.

    We apologize, however we are unable to edit orders once they have been placed because orders are immediately transmitted to our shipping department. Please be sure to check your address before your order has been placed.

    We are pleased that we now offer automatic free shipping on any order that is £25 or more in products, after discounts, and excluding shipping and taxes.

    We apologize for the technical issue that caused your tracking number to fail to update. Please rest assured your order is on its way and will arrive within our shipping guidelines.   • Product Information

    All e.l.f. products are hypoallergenic and non-comodogenic. Ingredients are listed for each product on our packaging, in addition to each product page under the "Ingredients" tab.

    We do NOT test on animals or endorse such practices. Our products do not contain animal derived ingredients. Beeswax has been replaced by synthetic beeswax and lanolin has been replaced by Bis-Diglyceryl Polyacyladinpale-2. We currently support HSUS and are partners with PETA in the Caring Consumer Project.

    All products are full sized, similar to those of other nationally recognized cosmetic companies.

  • My Account

    You can sign up here. You can also sign up after completing your order by filling out the sign up form on your order confirmation page. If you have problems creating an account, please contact customer service.

  • Corporate Info

    We do not have any retail affiliations with any other companies at this time; we are an independently owned company.

  • Wish List

    Easily keep track of your most loved products or the products you want to try by clicking on the heart icon next to any item. You can access your wish list from all of your devices by signing into your account and going to the My Account page or clicking the heart icon in the site header on any page. Shop your wish list by simply clicking on “Add to Bag” and then proceed to check out. Share your list with friends and family by clicking on the Share icon at the top of the Wish List page—it’s never too early to start dropping hints!

    To start or modify your wish list, register or sign in to your account. Go to your My Account page, and once there, click on the “Wish List” option.

    Yes, everyone with an elfcosmetics.co.uk account can create a wish list. You can also share a copy of your wish list with friends and family.

    Yes, you can access and shop your wish list from all your devices. Simply sign in to your account and go to the My Account page. Once there, click on “Wish List”. Shop your wish list by simply clicking on “Add to Bag” and then proceed to check out.

    From your Wish List page, click on a share icon at the top of page.

  • Beauty Squad

    Beauty Squad is our exciting rewards program where you earn points that you can redeem for exclusive perks when you purchase at elfcosmetics.co.uk. There are three levels, and as you advance to a higher level, you can earn rewards even faster.

    It’s free to join. Simply create an account (or sign in if you already have one) here. Don't forget to sign in before you complete checkout in order to receive points for your purchase! (Sorry, we can’t offer points for purchases made if you check out as a guest.)

    Reward codes are non-combinable and are one-time use only. Please see the chart below explaining the levels of the program for more information. You can read the full program Terms & Conditions here.

    You earn points for every dollar you spend on elfcosmetics.co.uk. You must be signed into your account in order to earn points on your purchase. There are three levels in the Beauty Squad rewards program and as you advance to a higher level, you earn points even faster. Learn more

    Your point balance will be accessible on your Beauty Squad page from your My Account page.

    To redeem points, sign in and go to the My Account page. Once there, click on Beauty Squad Status in the left navigation bar. Redeem points by clicking on the “See your status & redeem your points” button.

    Yes, points expire. If you have been inactive/not purchased for the past 12 months (i.e. no earning or spending of points), then your points balance will be set back to zero and your tier level downgraded. Make sure you spend and earn points within 12 months to retain your balance and tier status.

    Right now, you can only earn points for purchases made online at elfcosmetics.co.uk.

    Your point balance will be accessible in your account area. Click on Beauty Squad Status in the left navigation bar. View your available points balance by clicking on the “See your status & redeem your points” button.
