Rated 5 out of 5 by from So Natural Looking I bought Bubbly since my skin tone is for-light with natural undertones. It looks so natural and a tiny bit goes a long way. It’s more of a liquidy consistency than a gel but it’s still super fun to use. I highly recommend.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Beautiful Dries down fast but it gives a beautiful highlight. I got cloud and I think it's a very pretty color. First jelly highlighter I've used and I absolutely loved it!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Wow! I love this stuff! I am light skinned, blue eyes, light ash blonde hair, combination skin and I purchased the 2nd color "cloud" and it's beautiful! I was worried it would be too dark for my light skin but it's not! I wear this all over my face under my foundation to give a little glow and it's so beautiful. A little goes a long way. It does not leave your skin feeling tacky or sticky or dry. It melts into your skin like a dream! The one con I found was this is not a jelly highlighter in my opinion. It's too liquidy. This is a liquid highlighter. But that really doesnt matter it's still great!

Rated 3 out of 5 by from It's Okay I think it's a pretty product, but hard to blend over makeup.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from These highlighters are AWESOME!!! These are the first jelly highlighters I've tried, I like them so much. I thought they would be sticky and difficult to blend and apply but I was so wrong. They have a smooth texture, and they blend out easy and you can sheer them out or make them blinding. They're really beautiful. Oh they set pretty fast so make it snappy when applying.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Gives “chicken skin” I bought this after I saw it was JS approved. I was so excited to try it and really wanted to love it. I usually use powder foundation and thought this would be a good change of pace. Unfortunately , I tried this product and it resulted in my foundation “breaking up” around my pores (I was usuing the elf flawless finish foundation actually). Commonly known as “chicken skin”, it looked blotchy and gross. The shine wasn’t nice.. kinda. I got “cloud” and while the sheen itself is very bright, when its not being directly hit by light or sun it reveals its natural, darker, rose-ish color. This unfortunately is actually pretty dark, so if you have any type of fairness to your skin it may look like “dirt” when not being hit by light or sun. Honestly I’m shocked to have had this experience after all the 5 star reviews, but at least it was only a few bucks and I WILL be trying out “bubbly” now that it’s back in stock, hopefully with better results.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from amazing! such a pretty highlight. works really well on natural skin alone or on a full face of makeup. works even better with powder highlighter layered on top of it. really nice natural glow, but can be built up to be blinding.

Is dew lighter than cloud? I am going to be photographed and speaking to crowds soon so I need this type of product

Asked by: K J Kidd
I wouldn't say it is lighter, it is a different tone. They are all bright highlighters, if you want to diffuse the look a bit, wear it under your foundation. The color cloud is more cool toned, the color dew is more warm. I suggest going to Ulta, or wherever you purchase your elf products from and picking up both colors to try. Especially if you are going to be photographed. Just do a trial makeup run, one highlighter on each side of your face and see which you prefer. I hope this helps a bit!
